Bismuth Vanadates

Bismuth Vanadates are brilliant yellow inorganic pigments with very good resistance properties.

BRUFASOL®


Brufasol Yellow AL 2300
A first in a new generation of more specialised Bismuth Vanadate pigments. This is a greenish shade yellow with higher tinting strength in industrial coatings, pastes and powder coatings. This product has a heat resistance of 280°C but is not recommended for engineering plastics.

Fields of Application: Industrial coatings, powder coatings, pastes, polyolefins.

Brufasol Yellow AL 30
This is a medium yellow Bismuth Vanadate with a heat stability of up to 260°C. Not recommended for engineering plastics.

Fields of Application: Powder coatings, industrial coatings.

Brufasol Yellow AL 40
Brufasol Yellow AL 40 is the first step to a  LEAD - FREE red shade yellow which is very close to the following RAL  shades: 1004, 1006, 1007, 1021, 1023. This product has a heat stability up to 240°C. Also not recommended for engineering plastics.

Fields of Application: Powder coatings, industrial coatings
  • All of the above can be used universally in pastes   
  • The above products can be used at higher dosages (65% vs. 40% with organics)
  • Low oil absorption therefore less need for dispersing agents
  • Starting formulations available
  • Suitable for printing inks for exterior applications
  • Suitable for coatings for Packaging
  • Suitable for wood coatings

  • Compatible with water based systems

BRUFABLEND®


More than 1000 LEAD - FREE colours for all types of applications  such as coatings, plastics and flooring systems.

  • Brufablend is a lead free alternative to chrome yellow, molybdate orange and chrome green pigment in the same colour space.
  • Colours to match RAL, NCS, British and Pantone standards.
  • Tailor made blends available.
  • Homogenous, micronised mixtures.
  • Same properties as mono pigments.
  • Very good resistance levels.
  • High flexibility for customised solutions.

BRUFABLEND L - SERIES

Designed for interior, air dried systems with heat stability up to 140°C.

BRUFABLEND E, ES and H - SERIES

Based on Bismuth Vanadate with carefully selected organic pigments for systems requiring the highest stability levels.


BRUFATEC®


This range offers homogeniety due to new specialised process.

  • Like mono pigments and can be used in tinting systems.
  • Improved colour strength and croma compared to regular dry blended pigments.
  • Very good resistance in industrial applications including powder coatings, coil coatings and high solids systems.
  • Suitable  for PE and PVC up to 260°C.

BRUFATEC Orange E29070

Similar in shade to DPP and Cadmium Orange.

BRUFATEC Red E29100

Similar shade to DPP red and cadmiun red.
