Molybdate Oranges are inorganic pigments which provide Orange, Scarlet and Red shades. Molybdate Oranges have been classified as Pigment Red 104/C.I. 77605 (Molybdate Orange/Red) by the Colour Index System. Their basic chemical composition is PbCr4.PbSO4. bMoO4.
Molybdate Oranges have been widely used in the Plastics and Coatings industry because of their bright yellow colour and high hiding power.
